The teen sim can choose to keep the baby or not. The mod tries to tackle the subject in a mature and realistic way - a sim's family can be supportive or not. It's not like we're watching teens actively having sex - the under-the-covers animation is the same with or without the mod, as they can 'Mess Around'.
